I'm sure they have full responsibility and custody of these kids. If not they'd be in a foster home.

Let's hope they get what they deserve - over a decade behind bars.

I don’t agree with giving children prison time, but a few years in juvie and around 1,000 hours of community service working with homeless people should work. Let them learn about what the homeless woman has to go through on a regular basis.

Teenagers should not be treated like children for criminal punishments, in my opinion.
