Oh, I am aware that the links are dead. I was planning on downloading them from an external source, but I wanted to thank him anyways since I wouldn't have known about these books if it weren't for his thread. But I realize now that maybe I shouldn't have brought this thread back to the top of the forum since the links are not working, so I apologize for that. I hope he fixes them or re-uploads new ones soon.
