By all means Nicki Minaj is not a great person. Including the stance she took on her brother who raped someone.
But its irrelevant to say that she can't make an informed decision about an experimental drug because of her past.

100%. Don’t let her words easily sway you but only keep them in mind when making an informed decision. She is basically saying to not be bullied into a decision, and its very interesting the conflict that was sparked.

If her intend was "don't be bullied" she should have said that. However, people are going to be outraged regardless. There's a difference between being looked down upon by society for making a choice that negatively impacts others, results in the death of another person, vs making an informed decision on well evidence medical grounds. You might choose against the vaccine because you have valid medical conditions. But to use Nicki's example of "someone became impotent after claiming they are a virgin" (keep in mind that's well associated with STDs) was never going to fly well.

Regardless of her intentions, it was a shit message that she didn't think through. I don't hate her, I just believe she made a poor choice.
