I might have found a working method, but I can't be 100% sure because I haven't tested it out myself.

1. Open notepad as an administrator
   
2. Go to your hosts file, located in "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"
   
3. Add a new line with "127.0.0.1          license.piriform.com"
   
4. Save the changes
   
5. Register CCleaner with one of the licenses below

I’m also interested in those licensed keys myself but, when I enter the code, it asks for a name that was submitted at the time of purchase. Would you know the names for the codes?

Apparently it doesn't matter what name you enter.
