I think we can agree this is more then an only an emoji. If a child is using a smartphone and sees this, they are already being exposed to something against  basic biology.

In that respect, I certainly agree however as per my post below, my comment Is not referring to a child - namely "anyone who's mature enough to understand It".

simply a matter of common sense on how It's Interpreted by anyone who's mature enough to understand It.
