With the efficacy of 2 doses of vaccine not very well established with contradicting theory everyday, the booster dose was imminent. If I am right, Pfizer was the first to recommend a booster dose. If booster dose helps, it's well and good. I believe getting vaccinated is the only solution now to keep the virus infecting you seriously.
