Curiosity question: Do you happen tp get Victoria sponge cakes where you're from? I feel like they're an unspoken winner in the world of cake. Very simple, but just really lovely. My grandmother often makes one for my Birthday.

We don't get Victoria sponge cakes by name, but there Is an equivalent under a different title/manufacturer, of which I can't remember for the life of me. It's absolutely delicious - I could easily eat the entire 400g In one hit.
