If It ever does, It will be way beyond our time on earth.

The traffic will be underground or overground it doesn't matter but we need some kind of control.

It's only around half the size of Earth, so that pretty much speaks for Itself.

I dont think size matter. Just look at the big cities we can make really big traffic jams in a small area. The traffic system itself is the bad implementation, with those outdated traffic lights and roundabouts.

I wanna believe in the future we can make better solution for this first here on the Earth and after on Mars also
