Irrespective of what they state In their policy (or should I say "what they want you to believe"), every provider collects and retains logs to a certain degree.

HMA is a placebo as well. It's sad that they're still one of the most popular VPN providers out here.

And unfortunately the average user will base their judgment on reviews, most of which are misleading and/or perhaps paid by the VPN service Itself to provide a good rating.
