I wouldn't notice the smell unless someone else pointed it out to me to be honest. Then, once I stopped smoking every time I would occasionally have one, I noticed just how pungent the smell can be. I'm still in the process of attempting to quit smoking altogether but it's a pain in the ass.
To quit, most people just need a valid reason and they can go cold turkey. $7-8/pack added up over a few years and I was tired of my desk looking like an ashtray.
Shit, when I lived in NYC I was paying $10 a pack. Out here now, I pay $3.
It's really hard to stop when everyone around me smokes. And cold turkey is rough man, the mood swings and body aches are rough.
