While I doubt any of us are surprised, it's still depressing to hear things only get worse for the country's civilians.

I'm actually quite surprised, if they now feel the need to make laws about that it probably means civilians are being problematic.
That could be seen as some quite optimistic news then!

I'm also aware there was a service being advertised where you could donate USB sticks either containing TV shows/information or blank ones to a company, who would then fill them with outside info and smuggle them into North Korea. I've no idea if the company was really legit, but it does make me wonder.
