Agreed! I wonder what the 'caught' vs 'not-caught' ratio is? xD I doubt I'd favour  the odds if it were me.

Only 23 people is a drop in the bucket for a service of that size. It's likely they went after people that committed mega-felonies.

Exactly my thoughts after reading this. They mustve been extremely difficult to find as well but if the point was to crucify the fraudsters as an example, then they probably went after the biggest buyers or the more malicious. Great to see they were busted for this shit.
