I saw people creating multiple accounts promoting the same telegram channel. So, This should be implemented I think. And I wanna suggest something.  New members should have a certain amount of post before posting on the cracking section. Is it possible to make that happen?

This already solved, as we don't allow new members to link Telegram or Discord servers now.

What is the requisite in order to post such things? Account age, post count, a rank?

To post a links you need 5 posts. Advertising other communities is not permitted, though we allow certain sellers to advertise their Discord/Telegram support.

I don't see much reason why "authorized/upgraded members should be allowed". As I was saying a Telegram channel in their signature is already very common, we don't need posts about it...
Although maybe they're thinking about forbid Telegram link in signatures also ?

There's a big difference if someone is sharing their Telegram for sales/support, versus trying to advertise another forum. One benefits the forum, the other is meant to detract.

I'm not against people that are upgraded or sponsors from having a Telegram for sales/support.

I agree but it can be tricky to identify when it's for sales/support sometimes, like "if you need any help just check at my telegram channel"

I've dealt with people trying to advertise for almost 10 years, and there has never been a miscommunication. It's very easy for us to check and ensure permitted channels are compliant.
