That's good news for India ! I can't even imagine the challenge it should be to provide vaccines for such a huge country.
Although I'm personally not too worried about vaccines efficacy on variants.
Yeah some are much less efficient than others on some variants, but still (much !) better than nothing. And mostly, I believe most vaccines (but even more RNA vaccines) can be adapted in a not-too-long time for newest variants.
