file sharing sites need a very big space and gets a lot of traffic like pornographic sites so be careful. otherwise site will go offline soon.

Yes, I know the requirements and I'm still In the middle of looking for a reliable host (preferably a dedicated server) that will accommodate my needs.

It was difficult enough locating a host that accepted my paste website- I contacted around a dozen before finding a premium provider that said It's fine. It's a lot harder with file sharing scripts.
