Everyone has SEd at some point In their lives, but haven't recognized It as "social engineering" at the time the event took place.

I feel like this quote highlights a good difference between someone who would be good at SEing and bad.

It's more to the point of Identifying the events that define one's actions as social engineering, and recognizing It as such thereafter.
