[Black Haze]

Since I was 10. I first touched Windows 98. I was instantly hooked on the virtual world of possibilities. From there. I went to XP. That got me really into computers but not just one specific area. I met a guy who was a hacker. He was my fathers fried and he owned his own computer shop. After he showed me all he could do. I fell in love with the Security Information Field aka Hacking. As time went by I was increasingly drawn into Hacking. I chose one of my favorite anime's as you couldn't have failed to notice. Ghost in the Shell. In particular. The iconic symbol. The Laughing Man as my Alias. Is it childish to represent an iconic hacker in an anime that doesn't even exist? I don't think so. The name doesn't make the Man. The Man makes the name. I don't have some false sense of reality, because I know it's just a show, but. Maybe some day. People will know that the Laughing Man. Really existed. Once upon a time. Even if they don't know my name.

I've been wondering about whether I should look into doing something technology based besides digital drawings so I could belong here a little more at Sinister.ly. Thought I'd get your stories first

With a goal like that, I'd say have a back-up plan or do a stable wage job until you build up your band and it becomes enough to support you. I suppose I can see why people would say that, but at the end of the day, you have to enjoy life so do what you want to do!

I'm aiming at Marine Biologist or something in Biopsychology, with my main inspiration being my teacher and old maths-mentor.

I've got a friend who's just started doing Marine Biology at University in Wales That's kinda awesome. What's biopsychology then? I've done Psychology but haven't heard of that before (I could google it but I'd rather hear it from someone who's interested in it.)

Computer science and mathematics, I've been using computers since I was 4 and I got into programming at a young age. Ever since then it's expanded to a lot more than just programming.

I actually specialize in Microelectronics in real life. I had no role model yet, the inspiration and desire came from my fascination with designing computers making them more powerful, pushing the technology to improve much more.

As to how I got* started, I took it as my major in college. I hope to bring about a significant difference and development in the near future, I love working in this industry.

I have recently gotten into computer hardware, and the reason I got into it is because of the fact that I just built my new PC and I really enjoyed putting everything together. It is really quite fun if you don't get frustrated easily and aren't afraid to ask for help from experienced people. Another reason i go into it is because one of my Skype friends told me he doubted I could build a good computer...

Cool, it's a very interesting subject ^^
It's a merge of biology and psychology, so it's quite a lot about the biology part in psychology (Basically a mix of behaviourism in nature and nature in behaviourism).

I am a Safety Manager / Safety Consultant. I started when I was asked to leave my 5th school district due to fighting and my father offered me a job once obtaining my G.E.D. I started out as a Safety Equipment Manager, repairing, cleaning, handing out, and collecting safety equipment, and as I payed attention and caught onto more and more of the safety supervision skills and knowledge I slowly advanced. I am planning on either continuing this very profitable career path, or returning to school to choose a different path.

I guess I wanna be a game designer & programmer but not really so much for the purposes of making games as people understand the concept now...hard to explain I guess. I suppose I want to be able to create "experiences" for people. I also want to be a righter-of-wrongs so to speak. I'd like to find a way to bring a lil bit of balance & justice into the world (No I don't mean wanting to be a super-hero :p ) & my inspiration comes from the world around me that I'm forced to see/deal with/watch other people deal with every day.
