hey everyone, all of the screenshot that used miso.miyako.rocks have been corrupted, i will have to retake the screenshots which will take me a few days.

They'll still be hosted on miso.miyako.rocks, it is just that they're currently gone

Have you spoken with miyako to see what the Issue Is?

He/she may be able to solve It at the back-end/server-side.

Disk Corruption, he tried to recover it but failed. Its fine tbh, ill just retake the screenshots. i shouldve made a backup lol

I'm quite surprised he didn't have a backup, or the fact that he did but It failed.

Imgur has been around for over a decade, so your files are pretty safe there. It doesn't look like It'll go down anytime soon.

Of the forums we've merged in the past, a couple had hosted their own image servers. Lack of backups and being short-lived, is why many of their links are dead now.

the backup part was my fault, i normally fix dead links on my threads

This has been fixed a few days ago, just waiting for a config file for ShareX. Images have been retaken & are just working fine

I'm at a loss, as to why anyone would come up with that domain name for a file hosting site.

he owns his own site (miyako.rocks), i had a subdomain.

From what he told me he has other problems with the server, so he scrapped it (miso.miyako.rocks has its own server, which is the one that fucked up)

it really sucks because i actually kinda liked the subdomain. but i might get around at getting like miso.rocks or some shit like that
