I think that nothing can help you concentrate. If things are not interesting for you, then no effort will make them interesting. I remember myself in school, the only thing that I had on my mind, like uvseh girls in high school is makeup and various things for beauty: lipstick, mascara, false eyelashes [redacted] and other women's things , you know. And while there is no iteration for learning, there will be no concentration.

I heard about it but I've never use it myself. I prefer to do paperworks by my own. But it's ok when someone uses it, it's your choice
