Not at all.

My laptops are always on charge, and the health of the battery Is not affected.

if battery is around 60% and i plug charger and start playing games mean laptop is using Ac power or until battery fully get charged.

and one more question about battery cycle as i do gaming so keep laptop at 100% while will reduce cycle ? at normal work i never charge my laptop much just make 90%.

When plugged In, your laptop Is using AC power and at the same time, the battery Is (obviously) charging.

Although It's good practice to allow the battery to discharge every so often, as said, having It on charge will not affect Its health.

My laptop is always plugged in except am outdoor without a power outlet....
It's good to do a battery calibration once in a while though....

I don't thing keeping it plugged in affects the battery
but gamming on battery and not AC affects the battery since much process are going on in the system at that point in time it stresses the battery you can check it in task manager and view power usage

Most Laptops use 18650 batteries, which have a high duty cycle, thus even if you discharge and recharge a lot won't kill the battery, the laptop I am on is ancient comparatively and even though I leave it plugged in 24/7/365 the battery has yet to fail, however My "business" laptop has had its battery fail because It was often fully discharged, also if a single 18650 becomes unbalanced or dies, it can kill the entire set.

You can learn more about 18650s here.

It won't damage battery at all if your lapi it too old..

And if you play high end gamings only on battery then it won't give you best frame rates ! I only get it as I plug the power.
