I downloaded it all correctly but when I open it up it opens for a millasecond and then closes this also happens with a coincollector program I have I thought it was due to firewall or windows defender so I disabled them but its still happening, do you know of any solutions?

It could be due to countless reasons, one of which Is an Infected file.

Execute It In Sandboxie, and see whether any files are dropped that're consistent with malware.

ok thank you, I have other checkers that are working as well as storm, but if I wanted to run a simple click think program off of these where the ip changes is that possible or would that be another program?
