If there are no conditions set by the author on the resale, whereby you can distribute them (free or otherwise) once purchased, then that's fine.

I think there's not restriction more than the author conditions but if the book is from another forums, most people will not buy it, it's better to write on your own, even if is a short tutorial of anything, there's always someone that will appreciated that and will pay a good amount for it, just saying...

It's only a problem if we get a complaint, to be honest. Though I would advise you not to resell stuff from anyone here.

If they have a TOS in place such as no redistribution or resell. Then probably better don't.
