I've played around with programs like these and BAT code in general, but it gets boring fast. BAT is a very basic language, and can't do much more than open and close your CD Drive, or kill running applications. I'd suggest learning a language that can actually make viruses, like C or C++.

^^^ I would also add to learn basic powershell and use lolbins. That might help for developing fileless malware
