One of the reasons why I purchase cracked NordVPN accounts.  Evil

Is it really possible to "crack" any kind of VPNs, especially NordVPN ?
I'm just curious then about their reliability in this field of business.

If you're talking about the applications, some are I think. But if you're talking about the accounts, yes you definitely can. As long as there's a web login, you can crack the account. And the accounts are only as reliable as the service.

That is simply false information.
Even the devs at TOR say not to use a vpn over TOR.

Why would this be an issue at all? A VPN is essential to prevent against entry node attacks.

I'm afraid you need to do some revising on the VPN over TOR argument.
I've linked a few articles you might wanna read.

Afraid so, it is true.

"What we don't want

Some users have requested support for VPNs in Tails to "improve" Tor's anonymity. You know, more hops must be better, right?. That's just incorrect -- if anything VPNs make the situation worse since they basically introduce either a permanent entry guard (if the VPN is set up before Tor) or a permanent exit node (if the VPN is accessed through Tor).

Similarly, we don't want to support VPNs as a replacement for Tor since that provides terrible anonymity and hence isn't compatible with Tails' goal."

VPN + Tor: Not Necessarily a Net Gain

So many people share the advice to use a VPN in conjunction with Tor, usually by way of placing the VPN between the user and her guard node (connecting to Tor through a VPN). More rarely, the advice is given to place the VPN between her exit and her destination (connecting to a VPN through Tor). On the surface, these ideas sound good, or at least not bad. The first one especially sounds like it must help. More encryption is always better, right?

This post will discuss my reasoning for why using a VPN with Tor is not the obvious security gain that people make it out to be. Users may not lose any safety by adding a VPN, but they probably aren't gaining any.

I could go on and on but I wont.

Good day chaps.

Oh, thanks for the explanation. Forever I heard from everyone that a VPN is essential for maximum anonymity with TOR. And I never heard anything from the developers.
