Back In 2002 when my laptop did not power up Immediately after delivery, their reps had very little clue on how to solve such a simplistic Issue. The equation was pretty simple- a refund or replacement.

I haven't dealt with Dell lately, and thought they'd Improve over a decade of poor customer service.
