Ah, so it's $100 minimum for both a signature and avatar? Or, each? That's quite expensive either way, but I do understand. Tbh with the quality of your work it's definitely worth it for a forum logo, but unfortunately still too expensive for avatar and signature.

My normal price for a userbar if you buy more than one is 10$ per so in order to hire me you would have to buy 10 userbars.
