Given how much time has passed, I have decided to ban @"Faceboook" and @"Vulva". Both have logged in multiple times during the month of July and there's no excuse for the lack of response. If their scam reports are addressed, they're welcome to appeal their bans. I held both members in high regard so I wanted to give them sufficient time to respond, but we don't want any more members to fall prey.

Could it be possible that his internet connection might not be good enough to write a message but enough to connect to the site I have had internet connections where they are bad but they would still be able to connect you to the site for a second. I don’t regard vulva as a scammer as seen in previous messages Facebook as said that he would be completing vulva’s orders I would say they should be given more time for sufficient explanations on both ends.
