What was your first Anime?

I'm not entirely sure but I know I watched Bleach when Naruto aired all the way back in 2007.

I had a lot of friends into both. But I just couldn't get into Naruto. I'd seen it on kids channels when I was young, and then when I was about 14 and started watching bleach, I just couldn't watch Naruto. Still, 300 episodes of Bleach was enough to get me into anime overall and I'm glad for it!

I'd have to say Naruto was my first, I would come home from school everyday and it would be on TV. Man those were the days.
However at that point in time I didn't really know it was anime per-say. I just thought it was a normal cartoon. When I found out about anime the first actual anime I watched was Angel Beats.

I think.. the first anime that got me really hooked up with anime is Please Teacher. Man I used to secretly watch it on animax and hide it from my dad. Or was it xxxholic? I've no idea

Hello Kitty. My parents bought it for my little sisters on VHS, and since we didn't have cable and lived too far away from town for bunny ear antennas to be viable, I watched with them.
