Hello, I just signed up here and I badly need help.
I needed help to transfer my ฿ 4.9 to another wallet because I need to withdraw.
A verification to destination wallet is mandatory. I submitted all the necessary documents required for verification but I needed to pay or send 1.5 BTC long story, for them to allow the transfer. Verification stuff.

I'm confused, if you have access to your current wallet and know its address, have access to your destination wallet and know its address, why not send the funds yourself to the destination wallet?

So your problem is that the wallet service you use can't verify you're really who you say you are?
