i am using rapelix 1.4 and getting 1-2 CPM very very low we really need very HQ proxy to check this.

The minimum I keep a tool active, Is anywhere between 60-100 CPM.

That's a reasonable figure and Is worth leaving the tool running. You can leave It for a week If you want.
Another checker that I have, hits 150-180 CPM, which Is quite Impressive.
