Since the guy is now claiming injuries it may be more complex.

Doesn't your Insurer, or the transport accident commission cover the cost of Injury?

Yes, but the prosecutor may be more incline to not be lenient if people were hurt is what I'm thinking

That's ur damn accident, mine was bad asf and I'm just 13... 4 cars accident I almost died

Yeah that's intense. My first car accident involvement was just last year. Scary stuff 3 car collision. Guy didn't even seem all there fuck.
