Turned out the guy sold it to me like that. Apparently covered in snow I should have seen it. Anyway, turns out the guy claimed injuries and my insurance company called me last week to let me know.

Really unfortunate, clearly he was just chancing it. No way you can say it was the snow? Unless you were under the influence but doesnt seem like you were tested.

Either your Insurer, or the vehicle's registration should cover claims for personal Injuries.

Im lucky to be alive. I have faced death a few times and been on the table once... idk why Im still here. lol.

I can relate to this.

In my younger days, I thought I was untouchable. I did almost every Idiotic thing you can Imagine whilst driving, and I now think to myself how lucky I am not to have been killed.
