anyone know how to delete a disabled / locked facebook account?

To delete an FB account, you need to access It (Log In), therefore from a client-side standpoint, you cannot delete a disabled account.

You can try contacting their support and request It's removal. That aside, It's a fake account so does It have any negative Impact on you, personally, If It remains as Is?

It is affecting my businesses since i cannot unlink my instagram accounts from my business manager because i cant login

Yes directly spoke to one of them and they like half fixed my account. It is okay for now but I will continue looking for a fix.

They're not very helpful In circumstances like this.

Given they've disabled It with no scope of reinstating It, they should exercise common sense and delete the account. See If you can request to escalate the matter to a senior level.

My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

And the majority of the time, they fail to abide by them.
