absolutely no one deserves to be scammed. They should get what they paid for. For you to even say this goes to show, how much of a character you are, most likely friends with toon, and most likely your intentions aren't much different to toons.

no offense but you are a scammer too he's your partner and you do the service with him , and no offense your ass should get banned too because your too toxic and when you felt that you are wrong and tried to help your scammer friend u said i should get scammed ! i should get what i paid for in 1 week but no it been 2 weeks and this guy lying everyday saying the same thing anyway !

Just sharing past experience with Toon, nothing against you in the slightest, Toon is a friend and he's legitimate.

Josh I’ve dealt with you and I can agree you are legitimate but just today I have been scammed by toonblue paid him 1 month and half ago to do Nintendo switch SE and he blocked me today when I asked for refund because he didn’t do it. He should be banned!
