Obviously If he Issues a refund, this report will be finalized. If not and you cannot provide evidence supporting your claim, this will be deemed Inconclusive and closed.

As you've been told many, many times: nobody on this forum has the power to force him to give you a refund. Your proof from Discord doesn't mean anything, it is unbelievably easy to fake screenshots identical to yours. Proof needs to be on the forum (aka you used the private message function on this website called Sinisterly for communication with the seller) for anybody to take any action. Wait patiently and stop crying.
