My preferred language is C#. Strongly typed, beautifully designed, has nearly every major language feature you could ever want, great framework, cross platform, fast, and can be used for damn near anything.

I like Python because it seems pretty straightforward as a beginner. I'd definitely be open to C as I feel like I could make programs to fit my needs with C.

C++ and Python due to ease of using libraries, and easy to learn.

Rust, by far. It's a bit difficult to learn, but the payoff is well worth it. Better guarantees (Memory safety), high-level abstractions, and the speed/performance of C++

Same here with PHP and particularly SQL.

When using the latter, I can query and manipulate databases with Incredible ease.
