Not to sure where to post this at so i guess here is ok if not i am sorry.. I was wondering how could someone setup a phishing site like how do you even get the website and all of that to even get started?

Well, i'd presume you're requesting.
To clone a site is very simple and basic. Tools like "Harvester" if I'm correct can clone sites or, you can F12 the source code and modify to use the php if that still exist these days (facebook reference).

different methods do exist. You can simply run it from your home server, a website or what ever you feel like.
For what I do, I use a program that is called "GoPhish". It's a web UI for this. Watch videos on how to use it and you will find it easy enough to use. You've got z-shadow but, your ISP may of blocked that DNS since, I'm AU and it's just got blocked so, you might be lucky but might not.

A DNS block Is a very poor method In preventing access. I'm at a loss as to how anyone can believe It does In fact work In It's entirety.
Telstra were the first to do that with The Pirate Bay and simply navigating via a VPN (using their DNS servers) does the trick, so too Is using Primary & Secondary public DNS servers. There's so many to choose from.

i downloaded the runescape login site using htrack now how can i edit the webpage in notepad to make it send to like my email or soemthing?
