I'm sure you've noticed the difference, I know I certainly have. Speaking of removing bad sodas/toxins, I did Β liver cleansing diet quite a while back, and the difference In overall health and well-being was remarkable.
I actually eat cow liver once a week for dinner. It is very cheap and extremely rich in iron, but obviously I don't eat it on a daily basis as I could die from iron overdose.
Can't go wrong with liver- very healthy.
Any commodity consumed excessively, can have a negative Impact. Water Is definitely good for you, but try drinking 20 liters In a space of an hour.
Water is more than good for you. Water is you.
