What kind of drinks do you consume, and on how much of a basis? #1
I completely quit drinking Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Root Beer, and those other disgusting sodas almost three years ago. I haven't drank even a tiny bit of them since.

I drink water on a daily basis, have apple juice whenever I crave something sweet, and will occasionally have iced tea. What do you drink? Smile

Water, regularly. I haven't had apple juice in so long and now that you mention it, I kinda want some. I've also kinda stayed away from sodie pops too.

Yeah. Those sodas are kind of like doing drugs or smoking cigarettes. They taste good and can become an addiction, while only destroying your health.

Sodas are an addiction, you're absolutely right @Percent . I stick to ice cold water and milk. Lemon and ginger tea is good with a bit of honey too. Although you wouldn't think I drink lemon and ginger tea by looking at me.

I completely understand. It's the best move you've made.

I did the same, but It's been 8-9 years. Since then, I only drink water and low-fat milk and the occasional coffee, of which Is also low-fat namely 98% fat-free.

Incredible! That's really good. Getting all of those bad sodas out of your diet can really make a difference.

Definitely.

I'm sure you've noticed the difference, I know I certainly have. Speaking of removing bad sodas/toxins, I did liver cleansing diet quite a while back, and the difference In overall health and well-being was remarkable.

I actually eat cow liver once a week for dinner. It is very cheap and extremely rich in iron, but obviously I don't eat it on a daily basis as I could die from iron overdose.

Can't go wrong with liver- very healthy.

Any commodity consumed excessively, can have a negative Impact. Water Is definitely good for you, but try drinking 20 liters In a space of an hour.
