I remember a couple of years ago, I hit It for around 7 hours and I was absolutely exhausted to the point of making simple syntax errors.

Refreshing the mind does the world of good, and taking breaks with a shorter duration when coding, works for me.

I totally agree with you,i've never coded 7hours, it has always been less but it happens much that my brain block and i couldn't find solutions to simple problems even after an hour of trying, took a brake for 15 to 30 min and it's like magic solved my problem in few minutes.

Everyone should learn how to code, it teaches you how to think.

You don't have to be a Genius to know how to code you just need to be determined.

The computer is incredibly fast, accurate, and stupid; man is unbelievably slow, inaccurate, and brilliant; together they are powerful beyond imagination.

I'm going on 3 days now, but to be fair one of those days was spent rebuilding my entire network after an errant hippie type made his way into my office and tried fucking with the server and attempting to escalate privileges on work machines to install RATs.
Now I sleep. Good morning!

Agree.

Long hours certainly has an Impact on one's mental capacity to function properly. Even a 5 minute break of doing absolutely nothing, does the world of good to replenish the brain's functionality.
