I will never choose touch id, face id and don't know about sweat. sounds new.
Passcode can only be remembered. Via a single individual, you can leave hand prints to unlock a safe (Reference from Fast and Furious 5). Via leaving your hand prints on a cup can still be used to authenticate a lock.
For a face, all you will need is either a professional makeup artist or, capturing a screenshot of the target, then able to utilize the face for a clearer view.
When it comes down to a passcode, no one can capture you and, get your prints or nothing, they will need your brain to open a safe. for example: If you were to kill yourself, no one can open that safe without the digits.

The pass-code option is the most secure out of all of these, because a pass-code is stored in your brain (which is only accessible to you), and the other options are stored outside of your brain (on your body), and some kind of authority could easily force you to unlock your device with your face and fingerprints sitting right on you.
