VPN -> Tor -> .onion/HTTPS without JS; if the link is through HTTP, search for it on Startpage and use their proxy
Riseup's VPN is good.

For an added layer of anonymity, you can use Tor bridges. Whilst they're not 100% foolproof (In fact, nothing Is), they do help In anonymizing your entry point (from your ISP) to the Tor network. At times It's best to select the "built-In bridges". Manually adding them do tend to fail at the best of times.

Good choice, namely the latter.

I've written a detailed article on my (Imminent) security site on ExpressVPN, outlining It's overall usability and benefits. In my views, It's much of a muchness to NordVPN.

I live in dubai btw, its not even some remote country but they have blocked most of the vpns and SKYPE too
