Euro vpn conflicting with Tor browser #1
After modifying the Tor script to allow me to run as root (I know bad), but I'm unetbootin Kali, so I can't seem to get out of the Root@User I tried to open Tor via vpn and on Mozilla the vpn works great, yet once I tried to run Tor the browser ( both Tor and Mozilla stopped working in general) until I was forced to reboot?

Any suggestions?

What exactly did you modify? How are you attempting to connect, VPN > Tor > Exit Node? Is the Tor browser updated to the latest version? Have you tried establishing via a new Identify/circuit? How about connecting with custom bridges from Tor's official source?

Does Tor establish a connection solely via It's very own gateway without connecting to the VPN? Have you tried other DNS servers?

Also, have you given this a shot:
