I feel like they did. Everybody there is russian, so at least I could understand them (the rest of this area is all indians on work visas). Was long as fuck though. Just got back (16:45) after leaving this morning at (07:00) to do them.

Jeez man, a full work day of interviews. But, that's the reality of the tech industry these days. Did it turn out to be mostly technical or behavioral today?

It's half and half. answer a few behavioral questions, a background question, then (literally, like with a pen) write some code, repeat for 5 hours

Thanks! I know I have everything they want in a candidate, but I'm terrible at writing code with someone over my shoulder, so hopefully they can look past my little mistakes and take everything else into consideration.

I'm pretty much the same with anything relative to computing- I dislike anyone focusing on what I'm doing.

On topic, how many Interviews remaining?
