I got this about 6 months ago from either warez or tpb. I sandboxed it, but only ran avg and windows defender to check it. It should be precracked, but if not let me know and I can try to find the original link. It's worked fine for me (although I prefer PSP of PS)

All you are going to need is photoshop, a creative mind and youtube to find new ideas when you can't come up with one.
