The next major update for Grand Theft Auto Online, titled Smuggler’s Run, will go live next week on August 29th, Rockstar has announced.

“Seems like recent events have taken their toll on Nervous Ron – he’s even more on edge than usual, and looking for a new business partner to help take over his burgeoning smuggling empire in Smuggler’s Run,” the developer explains.

The update introduces a massive range of new, customizable aircraft, including planes, choppers, and ultralights, as well as new aircraft hangers that can be used to store these new acquisitions. The hangers also serve as a headquarters for the new smuggling business.



If that wasn’t enough, Rockstar also teased the addition of new Transform Races that will seamlessly combine road, sea, and air. This new kind of race will be added in the fall and makes use of a new type of checkpoint that instantly switches between cars, boats, and planes to match the upcoming section of the race.

Finally, the developer promised that more road vehicles, competitive Adversary Modes, and holiday events are on the way.

Perfect if I want to do this I have to go onto a xbox 360 as X1 isint hackable yet
