We've used them in the past. They flagged/closed us for fraud without reason once. Asides from that, decent hosting.

I'd recommend using a provider like vstoike.ru (I think it's called VEESP or some shit now)... They have solid uptime and a no bullshit vibe (meaning they don't randomly shut you down).
