Haven't been following this, however...pvnk certainly seems in the wrong. To me the way @vinnyz500 is going about his scam report is rather strange I must admit, seems like you are really desperate for it back. I mean, its $500 you would've lost it and gained a laptop. But now you've just lost it. Why are you going to off yourself because of this, you certainly still have money to sustain yourself, you still spent it on the laptop.

I would like to believe pvnk even regardless of this evidence, however that's very hard to do.

In a counter however, he did warn you not to fraud him, not to mention I see nowhere where you contacted him trying to get it back, as far as I can tell from the screenshots, you went straight to scam report, unless I missed something.

Want to believe you @pvnk but I also find you to do some weird things sometimes. As for @vinnyz500 , your disparity is very odd considering you were purchasing a laptop and would not have the money either way. However, on the side that you are telling the truth and did get scammed, I wish you the best of luck in getting your stuff back. I recommend you find a new way of contact with him and try your best to get your money back.

I think this Is a good way to try and resolve It once and for all.

Communication Is the key, and In @"pvnk"'s defense, he cannot do anything whilst banned from this board. There's posts floating around everywhere In support of the scam, and others claiming otherwise. What's needed Is "solid" evidence (timestamps, screenshots, digital footprints and the like) that the scam was In fact true/not true.

I'm simply providing my opinion and by no means am I finger-pointing.

After checking our database, it has come to light that there have been no private messages exchanged between @"vinnyz500" and @"pvnk". Unfortunately, Discord logs/screenshots aren't enough proof, as we don't have access to their database (and can't verify).

In the future, people should use on-site private messages to do business, or at least to verify what communications are used (i.e. Discord/Skype). It makes it much easier to mediate deals when they go wrong. We really can't mediate deals done on Discord or off-site, if PMs were never exchanged on SL.

If you have any further proof, please share @"vinnyz500".

Was actually going to mention this myself, I wasn't aware of his existence until this, and that is why.

We really can't mediate deals done on Discord or off-site, if PMs were never exchanged on SL.

It is good that @vinnyz500 posted the report however, even though the transaction is completely separate of SL's site, as people will take care in future transactions with @pvnk .

Now as to the sheer amount of scam reports lately...this is depressing.
