from the looks of it there is probly more than 100 people using it, the theme is pretty much leaked on every major forums like this so

I knew it. You've been asking all around here about mybb. That rip is incomplete, and my guess is you are trying to fix that. Either you have the biggest balls I have ever seen, or are just plain stupid, and my money is on the latter. SL is a much a brand as it is a forum, and we wont help you make a cheap Chinese knock-off of it. SL doesn't mind sharing knowledge, but it doesn't like being taken advantage of. I suggest you stop now because it won't end well for you or whatever site you happen to be trying to rip our theme for.
