What vc system/host do you use? #1
I've used GitHub for ages, BitBucket once or twice, and I'm really liking GitLab now that I'm using it. I've also heard some good things about svn, but I've never used it, and Mercurial is a total mystery to me. What are some perks of your host of choice?

I use Git with GitHub and a private server I host on Digital Ocean. I also have MEGA backing up my Programming directory on a constant basis.

GitHub. GitLab is providing good competition but meh.

Gogs (https://gogs.io/) is really nice if you don't want to be a part of the botnet

I use Bitbucket because it's free.

Older thread, but I can back gogs. Just installed it at work; super easy to set up and configure, and the interface is quite similar to GitHub so I'm not going through learning anything for the first time.
